The perfect location

Summer | the Kirchbichlhof is the ideal starting point for hikes, excursions, cycling and mountain tours. Very close by are the Zillertaler Höhenstraße, the Hintertux Glacier and the Schlegeis and Zillergrund reservoirs with their imposing dam walls. Highly recommended sights are also the Krimml Waterfalls and the Swarovski Crystal Worlds.

Winter | we are located exactly between the major ski areas of Mayrhofen (Penken) and Zell am Ziller (Zillertal Arena). The bus stops in both directions are directly in front of the hotel entrance (approx. 6 - 8 minutes drive to Mayrhofen or Zell). The impressive Hintertux Glacier (up to 3,250 m) with its long natural snow slopes is approx. 24 km away.

The "Summer World" is about a 5-minute walk from the Kirchbichlhof and can be used by our guests for FREE. The tennis courts are also free for our hotel guests!
