No room service on Sundays and public holidays. Fresh towels are available on request at reception.

Parking is free. There are plenty of parking spaces available.

The garden shed is about 50 metres from the main house.

The path between Kirchbichlhof and the garden shed is not open to the public and is therefore free of traffic.

On the day of arrival, rooms are available from 3.00 pm

Check-out by 10.00 am

To save you any waiting time before your departure, we ask that you settle your bill the evening before. The room bill can be paid in cash, by EC card, VISA or Mastercard

From 19 December 2026: Late check-out until 5.00 pm: €50 per person

Dog without food: €18.00. Please note that your dog is not permitted in the dining room.
